Services Provided: WS Tours acts as an official tour operator providing exclusive private transfers, group transportation, and local guided services, directly or in collaboration with credentialed local partners.

Bookings & Payments: Reservations must be confirmed through our official booking channels. Full details regarding vehicle capacity, rates, and payment terms will be provided prior to service confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or itinerary adjustments are subject to our notice policy. Please contact our support team directly to request changes or cancellations.

Border Crossings & Documentation: Passengers are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and any required border-crossing documentation between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. WS Tours is not responsible for border delays or entry denials by immigration authorities.

Park Regulations & Entrance Fees: National park entrance fees, operating hours, and climate-related trail closures are managed directly by park authorities and are independent of WS Tours operations.
