Política de Cancelamento

1. RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION Notice Required: Individual bookings require at least 24 hours advance notice. Private Group bookings (7+ passengers) must be reserved at least 7 days in advance. Passenger Documentation: Full names, physical ID/Passport numbers, and nationalities for all passengers are required upon booking due to border regulations (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay). Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% to 30% is required to secure logistics, guide, and vehicle allocation. 2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (< 7 PASSENGERS) 48+ Hours Notice: Free cancellation with a 100% deposit refund up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. 48h to 24h Notice: 50% refund of the deposit amount will be issued. 24h to 12h Notice: 30% refund of the deposit amount will be issued. Less than 12h or No-Show: Total deposit forfeiture. No refunds or credits. 3. GROUP CANCELLATIONS (7+ PASSENGERS) Group Definition: Seven (7) or more passengers. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the service date will forfeit the deposit. No Partial Refunds (Headcount Guarantee): If fewer passengers show up than originally booked, no rate reductions or partial refunds apply. The total price remains fixed to cover vehicle capacity and guide expenses. 4. WAITLIST SYSTEM Automated Placement: If a preferred date/tour is fully booked, passengers may join the Waitlist. Notification Window: If a slot opens, waitlisted guests will receive an instant notification and will have 2 hours to confirm and complete payment before the slot is offered to the next guest. 5. WEATHER & BORDER CONTROL Severe Weather: Tours operate under light rain. If official park authorities completely close primary attractions due to extreme weather, guests may reschedule free of charge or receive a proportional refund. Border Denial: WS TOURS is not liable for border entry denials due to missing, expired, or invalid passenger documentation. Services are deemed fully rendered upon arrival at immigration checkpoints. No refunds apply. 6. CHARGEBACK WAIVER By accepting these terms, the customer authorizes agreed charges and waives the right to initiate credit card chargebacks for services rendered, late cancellations, or documentation issues.
